Job Summary

Ensure Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Case Manager to join our team in a corporate setting. As a Trainee Case Manager, you will have the opportunity to utilize your allied health qualifications and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of CTP claims from lodgement through to finalisation
  • Review medical documents to determine eligibility for claims
  • Conduct conversations with injured workers and assist them with the return to work process
  • Identify most effective treatment options and manage injury management and return to work plans

Requirements

  • Qualifications in allied health (Occupational therapy, physiotherapy, psychology, rehab counselling, exercise physiology, nursing, etc.)
  • Sound decision-making skills
  • Experience working in rehab consulting will be highly regarded
