Software Engineer - Cloud First Software Platforms

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented graduate to join our Digital Solutions team. As a Graduate Software Engineer, you will work on cloud-first software platforms used by healthcare providers and patients in over 140 countries.

You will be part of a collaborative, cross-functional team that values curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning. You will contribute to full-stack development, support AWS infrastructure, and learn how to ship scalable, high-quality software in a global environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance features across our software platforms using modern frameworks and services.
  • Design and implement microservices and micro-frontends with guidance from senior engineers.
  • Support and build AWS-based infrastructure and cloud services.
  • Extend automated testing frameworks to maintain code quality and reliability.
  • Improve service performance, security, and scalability.
  • Participate in agile rituals like sprint planning, code reviews, and production support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with an object-oriented programming language (e.g., Java, Python, or C#).
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
