The role of Senior Beverage Operations Manager is to lead the beverage team and drive exceptional customer service in our upscale dining establishments.
About This Opportunity:
- We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Beverage Operations Manager to join our dynamic hospitality team.
- As Senior Beverage Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of beverage operations, ensuring seamless execution across multiple venues.
- Your key responsibility will be to develop and implement strategic plans that enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage department's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Liaise with senior management to align beverage operations with overall business strategy.
- Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency across all beverage offerings.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve operational efficiency, implementing effective solutions to minimize waste and optimize resources.
