About the Role

The Dean of Christian Formation is a senior leadership position responsible for promoting and developing Christ-centered curricula, interpreting College philosophy, and leading the development of staff and learning programs.

This role requires strategic leadership, management of Christian Studies, and oversight of pastoral care for students and staff. The successful applicant will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and lead change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership through membership on the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Oversee the educational program and leadership of staff, students, and parents in the area of Christian Studies.
  • Ensure effective pastoral care of students and staff.
Requirements
  • Current registration with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia.
  • Working With Children Check clearance.
  • Satisfactory Department of Education Criminal History Clearance.
  • Written reference from Church Pastor/Minister.
  • Legally entitled to work in Australia.
  • Personal faith and commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ.
