We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Eye Care Professional to join our team in Leopold. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and service.

In this role, you will manage patient records accurately, assist with frame styling, dispense orders, and fit and adjust glasses to meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a seamless and exceptional patient journey from start to finish
  • Assist in dispensing orders and adjusting glasses to meet patient needs
  • Work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or customer service role (optical experience is not essential)
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • The ability to build genuine relationships with colleagues and patients
  • Exceptional organizational skills
