About You and Your Skills:- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is essential
- Leadership experience to lead, coach and develop your team is required
- Excellent stock management, rotation routines, wastage, shrinkage and quality control skills are necessary
- Driving a one-team culture with health, safety and wellbeing as a top priority is crucial
- Delivering an outstanding shopping experience for customers is vital
- Ability to motivate your team and deliver results is expected
