Senior Graphics Engineer

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Graphics Engineer to lead the development of our industry-leading AAA graphics engine technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, modify, optimize, and debug rendering engine systems for high-performance gaming platforms.
  • Evaluate performance and test software on all supported platforms, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Communicate features and development with production, engineering, design, and art teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Participate in the performance and code review process to maintain and improve the quality of our codebase.
  • Contribute to the design and roadmap of our graphics engine technology, driving innovation and excellence in the field.
  • Collaborate and co-develop with other engineering and art teams to deliver cutting-edge visual experiences.

This role requires a strong background in C/C++ and shader code, as well as experience developing and optimizing graphics systems.

Requirements:
  • Experience developing and optimizing graphics systems for high-performance gaming platforms.
  • Understanding of computer architecture, GPUs, multithreading, and memory systems is essential.
  • Strong programming background in C/C++ is necessary for this role.
  • Experience writing shaders (HLSL or equivalent) is required.
  • Development experience with a current generation platform (console, PC, and/or mobile) is crucial.
  • Familiarity with modern graphics APIs (PS4/PS5, D3D12, Vulkan, etc.) is necessary.
  • Solid debugging and profiling skills on both the CPU and GPU are essential.
  • Strong background in 3D math is required.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Math related field is also required.
