Workplace Advocacy Expert - Sydney

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate to join our Employment & Rewards team in Sydney.

About the Role:
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation on workplace-related matters, both litigious and transactional.
  • Collaborate with partners and team members to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage disputes and litigation in courts and tribunals.
  • Adviser on restructuring and the employment aspects of corporate transactions.

You will be an Australian-qualified lawyer with five to eight years post-qualification experience gained in private practice. Key skills and attributes include: demonstrated experience in employment law, strong organisational skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, collegiate and collaborative mindset, and enthusiasm for business development.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Providing legal advice on employment matters including discrimination, safety, and industrial relations.
  2. Managing enterprise bargaining and industrial disputes.
