We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Education Specialist to join our team at our North Shore centre.

About the Role:
  • You will support the leadership team in managing daily operations and take on a leadership role in their absence.
  • Assist with planning, implementing and evaluating play-based learning programs aligned with the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines (QKLG) and our school's ethos.
  • BUILD respectful and nurturing relationships with children, families and staff.
  • E nsure the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children, and contribute to the development and implementation of the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
  • Provide guidance and professional support to staff, fostering a collaborative and positive team culture.
Requirements:
  • A minimum Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (Bachelor level qualifications will be highly regarded).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines (QKLG) and the National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Leadership skills with the ability to support and mentor staff and coordinate daily operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on building partnerships with families.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • Current training in Child Protection.
  • A valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and commitment to child safety.
