Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Ambassadorship: Develop a store culture that reflects the brand's passion and values, where team members shine as extraordinary brand ambassadors.
- Sales Leadership: Establish a high-performance selling environment that creates moments and exceeds shopper expectations, delivering unforgettable experiences every time.
- Team Management: Build, coach, and inspire a team of talented retail professionals, fostering a sense of accountability for both individual and store performance.
- Operational Excellence: Utilize your expertise to implement visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent growth and development.
- Performance Management: Identify and resolve potential performance issues and policy violations in partnership with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated results-oriented leadership with at least 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment.
- Developed communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- A business acumen sharper than a diamond, coupled with analytical thinking that can show and deliver positive results.
- Proven skills in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams, including succession planning and internal mobility.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
