About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Dulux Group. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and customer service professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage store financials, KPIs, and stock levels to ensure optimal performance
  • Champion customer service excellence and lead by example
  • Build strong relationships with the Dulux Field Sales Representative to drive growth and sales
  • Train, motivate, and upskill your team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain high health and safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements
  • Proven retail management experience with a strong track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to drive store performance through team coaching and empowerment
  • Strong passion for delivering customer service excellence and a customer-centric approach
  • Exceptional communication and people skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Strong health and safety focus and ability to maintain compliance with company policies
