Personal Care Worker OpportunityWe are seeking a reliable and passionate Personal Care Worker to join our team. This is an opportunity for you to make a difference in people's lives by providing care support in Orange, NSW.
  • Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing and domestic duties
  • Provide support with daily errands, companionship and support
  • Support clients with academic, social or recreational activities
  • Prepare food, feed clients and administer medications as needed
  • Observe, care and report any changes in the health and wellbeing of the client
  • Respond to emergency situations
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Individual Care or equivalent, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a willingness to learn and develop new skills. A National Police Check and NSW Working with Children Check are also required.If you don't have the required qualifications but have great hands-on experience, we encourage you to still apply.We value our staff and offer a range of benefits including employee mentoring, penalty rates, and supplementary pay.
