Business Banking Specialist

As a Personal Banker, you will deliver exceptional experiences by meeting customers' end-to-end banking needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop an in-depth understanding of customers' current and future goals to design solutions that meet their requirements.
- Provide education and support to customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs.
- Guide customers through personalized lending solutions, including tailored personal loans and credit card options.
- Build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues.
This is a permanent, full-time position located in Victor Harbor. As part of the wider Fleurieu group of branches, there may be occasional requirements to support other nearby locations.
What We're Looking For:- Proven ability to achieve sales results through solutions that truly meet customer needs.
- Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone.
- The ability to quickly build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues.
