Job Opportunity: Strategic Initiative Coordinator

The role of a Strategic Initiative Coordinator is pivotal in the Information Management team, fostering collaboration with business stakeholders and internal technical units to synthesise and gather requirements for proposed initiatives and projects.

This position demands an analytical mindset and attention to detail, combined with excellent problem-solving skills and experience in ServiceNow and Pega.

Key responsibilities include familiarising oneself with NSW Resources core business activities, eliciting and documenting business processes using tools such as Visio or Miro, reviewing and analysing business requirements, gaps and rules required to implement identified projects and initiatives.

Closely working with business stakeholders, SMEs and IM team members will involve collaborating on scope options and supporting initial technical design and delivery of solutions.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative approach to work
  • Understanding and appreciation of working within Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks
  • Experience in ServiceNow and Pega
