Job Title

We are seeking an experienced project leader to manage our fabrication and manufacturing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end project management, developing detailed project plans, and coordinating internal teams and external partners. They will also monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on quality, timelines, and budgets
  • Developing and implementing project plans and schedules
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitoring progress and identifying areas for improvement
  • Communicating project status clearly to stakeholders at all levels

Requirements include over 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, strong organisational and time-management skills, and excellent communication and leadership abilities.

  • Experience with project scheduling tools – e.g., MS Projects or Primavera

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Management, or related field (preferred)
