Seeking a Project Leader to spearhead multiple construction projects from inception to completion. In this key role, you will oversee project teams comprising Site Managers and Contract Administrators, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver multiple construction projects from start to finish
  • Manage project teams including Site Managers and Contract Administrators
  • Maintain strict control of timelines, budgets, and quality outcomes
  • Champion systems to ensure streamlined delivery
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members
  • Enforce OHS, quality, and environmental compliance across all projects
  • Ensure work aligns with ISO and internal operational standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience managing commercial construction projects
  • Bachelor degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and schedules
  • Strong knowledge of OHS and Quality assurance compliance requirements and process
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to drive outcomes independently while supporting a team
  • Proficiency in Procore or similar PM software, and WHS systems
  • Ability to manage multiple jobs concurrently under pressure
