About the Role

The Patient Experience Officer plays a vital role in ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and support during their visit to the Emergency Department. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient experience, advocating for patient needs, and working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient experience through active listening, empathy, and effective communication
  • Act as a patient advocate, ensuring that patient needs are met and concerns are addressed
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of patient experience initiatives
Requirements
  • Experience in a front of house or patient-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals
  • Basic knowledge of emergency department processes and procedures
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
