Store Leadership Opportunity

Lead a high-performing retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth in our Essendon store.

About the Role:

  • Coach, drive, and inspire your team to deliver on performance objectives while fostering a positive store culture.
  • Owning the brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences by following Trek's sales process.
  • Delivering financial results and achieving sales, margin, and inventory targets through optimization of retail KPIs.
  • Leading the team to deliver excellence in visual merchandising, operations, and store processes.
  • Establishing weekly, monthly, and annual objectives that tie to the overall store sales strategy and cost management plan.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years general retail experience and 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven record to increase sales and profit.
  • Excellent strategic and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound computer proficiency.
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
