Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day activities of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage staff availability and rostering to meet business needs.
  • Oversee payroll and personnel management functions.
  • Create budgets and forecasts for retail store revenues, and develop pricing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement promotional and marketing activities to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Manage product mix and stock levels, and source new products and suppliers as needed.
  • Monitor online reviews and respond to customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Diploma-level qualification or higher in any discipline, with at least 1 year of relevant experience post-qualification.
  • 3 years of relevant experience if no diploma-level qualification is held.
  • Previous experience in a similar setting would be highly regarded.
  • Relevant experience in the food service industry, preferably within Quick Service Restaurants.
  • A proven track record of successfully leading a team, delivering results, and achieving sales targets while maintaining exceptional store standards.
  • Experience with accounting software such as XERO/MYOB would be an advantage.

Benefits:

A competitive salary of $75,000 - $85,000 per annum, plus superannuation.
