We are seeking a seasoned business professional to join our team as a senior finance manager.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and driving financial excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing monthly P&L reports and conducting discussions with business units and brand managers;
  • Driving gross margin variance analysis to support business units in managing price increases and improving profitability;
  • Proactively challenging new product development evaluations, customer profitability, ROI analysis, trade spends, media, and pricing.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial/business planning within agreed timelines. They will also work closely with stakeholders to build business plans and implement analytical tools for producing reports and analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, accountancy, or finance, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role in FMCG/healthcare. CPA or equivalent certification is preferred. Experience in integrated business planning, reporting automation process design, and implementation is highly valued.
