The Opportunity

We're seeking a passionate science education expert to lead a talented team delivering high-quality Biology, Chemistry, and Movement content to students and teachers across Australia.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support a team of content creators working on Biology and Chemistry courses.
  • Provide regular feedback, run performance reviews, and help your team grow.
  • Hire, onboard, and train new team members. Build a positive, collaborative team culture.
  • Evaluate all content for clarity, accuracy, brand consistency, and pedagogical soundness.
  • Review work and provide clear, constructive feedback to maintain high quality.
  • Stay informed about curriculum updates, teaching best practices, and competitor resources.
  • Influence course development—recommend lesson structures, content approaches, and improvements.
  • Utilise project tools (Google Sheets and JIRA) to plan, track, and manage team work and deadlines.
  • Analyse data and feedback to enhance course quality and user experience.
  • Collaborate with the Content Leadership team to refine processes and share insights.
  • Help shape and execute the subject content roadmap.
  • Publish Biology, Chemistry, and Movement courses to our platform with precision.
