We're seeking a Team Member (Operations) for our Launceston branch, working on the afternoon shift from 2pm-10pm. This role is perfect for someone who is committed to safety and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will assist customers with material collection, unload inbound trucks and load outbound trucks, support operators in other locations including rollforming and sheet metal production, and lend a hand when needed in other departments.

To succeed in this role you'll need:

- Manufacturing experience or an interest in working in this environment
- A positive attitude and keen eye for detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
