Seeking a Solutions Expert

Xperate is looking for a highly skilled professional to join its global team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to deliver cutting-edge solutions and work closely with our development team to create custom-built software tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with law firms and legal tech vendors to understand business requirements
  • Conduct discovery sessions to identify opportunities for software implementation or bespoke development

Additional responsibilities include scope and document custom software development requirements, translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications, and work closely with the development team to ensure alignment and feasibility.

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end implementation of legal technology solutions, including configuration, integration, and testing. They will also manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications, and deliver tailored end-user training sessions and create supporting documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience with legal practice management and/or document management software e.g. iManage, NetDocuments, Actionstep, Clio, Practice Evolve, Affinity, Unity
  • Knowledge of APIs, data migration, and system integrations
  • 2+ years experience in a Solutions Consultant, Business Analyst, Implementation Specialist or similar role, ideally within the legal or legal tech sector
