About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Medicine Technician to join our team at St Vincent's Private Hospital Sydney. As a key member of our medical imaging department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of imaging services and managing the overall quality of our work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the smooth operation of imaging services, including managing staff and resources
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, referrers, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with management and other departments to promote a culture of quality and safety
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Applied Science/Medical Radiations in Nuclear Medicine or equivalent
  • Registration and licensing as a Medical Radiation Practitioner with AHPRA
  • Experience in nuclear medicine or a related field
  • Excellent clinical and technical skills, with a strong focus on quality and safety
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
