FCM Meetings & Events is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as a Corporate Travel Expert.

Job Description:

The Group Travel Manager plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to corporate clients, ensuring seamless travel experiences. This involves expert knowledge of corporate travel products, effective communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the budgeting and execution of business travel arrangements for corporate accounts
  • Sourcing products, quoting, making travel arrangements, ticketing, and record keeping
  • Maintaining high levels of professionalism and excellent time management skills
  • Providing solutions to complex logistical challenges
Requirements:
  • Expertise in corporate travel product knowledge
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles and group travel/MICE
  • Excellent communication, project management, and adaptability skills
  • Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel, essential
  • Event Management Technology experience preferred
