Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring timely and efficient maintenance and repairs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate and oversee repairs and maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants
  • Manage arrears and conduct rent reviews, ensuring optimal revenue streams
  • Resolve escalated issues and complaints, providing a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Certificate of Registration or License
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Background in Real Estate, with a focus on property management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Immaculate personal presentation, with a high level of professionalism
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
