About the Role:

This role involves providing minimally invasive surgical solutions to hospitals, applying strategic selling skills and clinical knowledge when engaging with specialists and other key stakeholders within the hospital setting.

Responsibilities include managing and growing a portfolio of products across various specialties, establishing and maintaining strong relationships in assigned hospitals, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Candidates will also create business plans and strategic selling strategies, implement educational programs, and exceed customer expectations while growing their business.

About You:

We are looking for someone currently working in a medical or healthcare sales role, capable of providing clinical solutions and value outcomes for stakeholders.

Your aim should be to deliver solutions that benefit customers and align with our values.

Preferred experience includes providing clinical support in an operating theatre, as well as curiosity and passion for learning.

You should have strong interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders, knowledge of the healthcare space, business acumen, analytical, and organizational skills, and a current Driver's License.
