Job Title: Academic Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Academic Coordinator to serve as the primary academic contact for our School of Education on our Sydney campus.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high quality teaching and learning, overseeing subject delivery, and ensuring consistency of learning and assessment materials.

The role involves developing and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, supporting academic staff performance and coordinating teaching quality, conducting allocated teaching, assessment, and student consultations, and monitoring course quality and implementing continuous improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum AQF Level 9 qualification in Early Childhood Education, professional experience in course coordination, academic management, and teaching and learning development.

A strong organizational and planning skills, knowledge of contemporary developments in the discipline, ongoing scholarship or practice, and skills in contemporary teaching, learning, and assessment principles specific to the discipline are also essential.
