Environmental Services Leadership Role

A forward-thinking organization is seeking an experienced and motivated leader to oversee its Environmental Division. This dynamic leadership position requires a strong background in environmental services, waste management, environmental initiatives, containment solutions or remediation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Manage and coordinate daily spill response and site remediation operations. Oversee 24/7 field crews across multiple projects. Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Engagement & Growth: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the division. Prepare quotations, tender submissions, and project scopes.
  • Financial Acumen: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Monitor and report on financial performance, KPIs, and operational efficiency.
About You:

You're a seasoned professional who thrives in a hands-on operational role and knows how to balance people management, compliance, and commercial growth. Ideally, you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in a senior operational, service management, or business development role.
  • Background in environmental services, waste management, spill response, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and project management methodologies.
