Clinical Development Specialist

Job Overview:
This role provides clinical development and training support to staff while fostering a preceptor/mentor role, formulating, coordinating, and evaluating unit-based educational programs.
The successful candidate will contribute to the overall improvement of health service delivery, working in all areas of a tertiary Emergency Department.
Key Responsibilities:- Build the capacity of individuals to deliver safe, evidence-based care, incorporating reflective practice with the aim of continual improvement.
- Contribute to the overall improvement of health service delivery, working in all areas of a tertiary Emergency Department.
- A current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- Extensive knowledge of RPA Emergency Department policy and procedure and models of care.
- Competent to work in all areas of a tertiary Emergency Department.
