Deliver Complex Salesforce Projects

A Salesforce Delivery Lead is a pivotal role in the organization, responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce projects. The successful candidate will ensure that these projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining project goals, scope, and success metrics in partnership with client stakeholders
  • Managing timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and change control processes
  • Overseeing project teams to ensure quality deliverables and customer satisfaction
  • Tracking and reporting progress to stakeholders, ensuring on-time delivery to specification

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years' experience delivering multiple complex Salesforce projects
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and delivery methodologies
  • Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Platform App Builder
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for delivering business value
