About the Role

This position involves working with our retail marketing team to drive sales growth through merchandising, sales teams, and store trainers.

The successful candidate will cover various suburbs in Queensland, including Maroochydore, Cotton Tree, Alexandra Headland, and Mooloolaba, and surrounding areas.

As a casual role, this position requires up to 25 hours per week, with Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday as essential days. Comprehensive online induction and ongoing training programs are provided to ensure success in the role.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Placing stock on shelves according to a plan (Planogram)
  • Removing point of sale (POS) displays and implementing new displays
  • Visiting multiple stores per day
  • Developing strong working relationships with store managers
  • Negotiating for extra space with store managers
  • Checking stock levels and reporting accurate data upon completion of tasks

Essential Criteria

  • A great attitude and positive mindset is vital for this role
  • Great communication skills to build strong working relationships with store personnel
  • Previous retail or merchandising experience
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable car
  • Ability to receive Point of Sale items to your home address
  • Ability to report your work via apps on an iPad supplied by us
  • Committed to working autonomously in a casual position
  • Must be physically fit to complete work autonomously, including repetitive tasks such as lifting and reaching
