Visual Merchandiser Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Visual Merchandiser to fill this role at our organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with creativity and exceptional customer service skills who is looking for a career advancement in retail merchandising.

  • Merchandise the product range in-store at major supermarket chains within your assigned area.
  • Create visually appealing point of sale displays, ensuring the product is well-stocked and maintained.
  • Check stock levels for stores, liaise with store managers to ensure seamless inventory management.
  • Bring stock onto the shop floor from the loading dock, unpacking and displaying items (lifting up to 12kgs).
  • Clean and maintain display areas, checking stock quality to meet the highest standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, working closely with store managers and area managers to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • You will need to have your own reliable vehicle.
  • Able to work early mornings (approximately 7am) to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Prior retail or merchandising experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with great communication abilities are crucial for success in this role.
  • Well-presented and physically fit individuals with the ability to work independently are highly desirable.
