About the Position:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our geosciences and exploration efforts. This key role will involve collaborating with clients, guiding business growth, and shaping our geological arm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct strategic consulting work as Head of Exploration
  • Review quality assurance procedures and control data for clients
  • Develop, implement, and manage exploration programs
  • Perform technical due diligence on client projects
  • Write comprehensive reports and contribute to peer review and editing
  • Conduct site visits as Competent Person/Qualified Person
  • Authorize JORC, NI 43-101 or other related Code reports
  • Mentor junior team members and contractors
  • Optimize resource allocation and workload within the ECU

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in Geoscience or higher
  • More than 20 years' experience in the industry
  • Diverse commodity experience, including common mineral systems
  • Experience in exploration, production, and consulting
  • Status as Competent/Qualified Person for at least one commodity
