Service Operations Specialist

Elevate your technical expertise to a coordination role, driving efficiency in a fast-paced service environment.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, scheduling and coordinating field service jobs to ensure seamless operations.

Act as the primary liaison between customers and technicians, responding to queries and maintaining excellent customer relations.

  • Schedule and coordinate field service activities to minimize downtime and optimize workflows
  • Provide technical guidance and support to field service teams, ensuring high-quality job completion
  • Maintain accurate service records, track job progress, and manage workflow efficiently
  • Collaborate with technicians, customers, and management to resolve issues and improve processes
About You
  • Prior experience as a technician working on earthmoving or material handling equipment; strong mechanical or electrical knowledge, with the ability to diagnose complex issues
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and problem-solve in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in service management systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
