Automotive Refinish Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Refinish Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mix and match colours for vehicles after preparation and painting.
  • Develop and maintain a colour library.
  • Prepare, prime, and paint vehicles according to job requirements.
  • Buff and denib vehicles to a high standard.
  • Handle vehicles with care and attention.
  • Identify extra paint work required.
  • Report old damage or poor previous repairs.
  • Keep the workshop area clean and organized.
  • Coach apprentices when necessary.
About You:
  • Trade-qualified Automotive Refinish Specialist.
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a trade-qualified specialist.
  • A strong commitment to working safely.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
  • Own tools for the role.
