Key Performance Specialist

The employment tax and reward advisory specialist will support the senior team in providing comprehensive tax advisory services for clients within the employment tax and reward domain.

Role Overview

This role is responsible for delivering expert reward advisory and employment tax services to our client base. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in reward and employment tax, a strong understanding of tax technical knowledge in areas of employment-related securities, and the ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly and concisely to both tax and non-tax specialists.

  1. Collaborate with the senior team to deliver expert reward advisory and employment tax services for our client base.
  2. Develop a competitive management incentives offering, and take a lead role in designing, implementing, and providing tax advice on reward arrangements for clients.
  3. Lead due diligence activities relating to employment-related securities.
  4. Mentor junior team members, and manage their workload effectively.
  5. Support the senior team with employment tax and reward elements of transaction and advisory projects as required.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as accounting or finance.
  • Relevant experience in reward and employment tax.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • The capacity to work collaboratively within a team and interact effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • The ability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and make informed decisions independently, while receiving guidance from the senior team.
  • Skill in building and maintaining relationships with colleagues across different teams.
