Electronic Records Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a robust records management function. This involves ensuring that all record management activities are carried out consistently, and statutory obligations are adhered to.
Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues related to records management, handling incoming queries and correspondence, providing support to users in the use of our records management system, scanning and archiving key documentation, escalating complex matters to senior colleagues, and contributing to quality assurance and audit-based activities.
To excel in this position, you will require a solid understanding of electronic records management systems, such as EDRMS or Content Manager/TRIM, along with experience working with CRMs, SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and storage tracking software. Effective collaboration, problem-solving, and customer service skills are essential.
