In this role, you will work closely with our National Contracts Management team to provide ongoing contract management throughout the entire lifecycle of customer engagements. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining relationships, achieving service delivery outcomes, and ensuring overall financial and compliance results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large contracts, including government contracts, with a focus on financial management and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the National Contracts Management team to ensure seamless contract delivery.
  • Articulate complex information clearly and concisely in written and verbal communications.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in contract management.
Requirements
  • 5 years' experience in contracts or service delivery management.
  • Proven track record of managing large contracts, including government contracts.
  • Strong financial management skills, including supply and procurement experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the ICT industry and its trends.
