We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Swim School Manager to lead our aquatic programs, focusing on delivering high-quality learn-to-swim lessons and school programs.

- Develop, manage, and report on the swim school budget, ensuring financial performance aligns with targets.
- Drive operational efficiency through smart rostering, staff management, and wage control.
- E nsure all safety systems, audits, and checklists are maintained to meet legal, regulatory, and industry compliance.
- Promote a safe environment for participants and staff, with a strong focus on daily operational safety standards.
- Build strong internal partnerships across our teams to support program success.
