Dynamic Visual Storyteller

We are a rapidly expanding content marketing and communications agency that creates impactful campaigns driving results.

Our diverse team consists of writers, journalists, strategists, account managers, designers, social media experts, PR specialists, and digital marketers working with leading B2B tech organisations.

As an experienced Video Editor, you will collaborate closely with our content team to assemble recorded footage into a finished project that matches the director's vision and meets the project's objectives and scope.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Reviewing shooting scripts and raw material to ensure the final edits reflect the creative direction
  • Developing engaging narratives through the edit process, depending on the brief and production approach
  • Manipulating and editing motion content to meet the brief
  • Trimming footage segments and assembling the sequence
  • Adding music, dialogues, graphics, and effects as needed
  • Creating initial and final cuts
  • Ensuring logical sequencing and smooth running
  • Consulting with stakeholders throughout the production and post-production process

What we need from you:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in video/motion editing
  • Strong skills in digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut)
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your editing abilities
  • Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity
  • Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing techniques
  • Creative thinking and storytelling skills
  • A degree in film studies, cinematography, or related field is desirable
