Job Placement Specialist

As a Job Placement Specialist, you will collaborate with injured workers, potential employers, and internal allied health professionals to provide safe and sustainable opportunities for workers to re-enter the workforce.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with clients to identify their job goals and develop strategies to achieve these goals;
  • Working with employers to identify suitable job opportunities and negotiate employment arrangements that meet the client's needs;
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients as they transition into new employment;
  • Monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed to ensure successful outcomes;

In addition to your technical skills and knowledge, you will also need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
