Occupational Therapist Position Overview

We offer a supportive and dynamic work environment as a leading provider of services to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Our multi-disciplinary team approach enables us to deliver high-quality support that meets the unique needs and goals of our participants.

This Occupational Therapist role is designed to provide supports to NDIS participants living in various areas, including Tamworth, Watsons Creek, Upper Manilla, Gunnedah, Wallabadah, and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services
  • Assess participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardized assessments
  • Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance quality of life and meet goals
  • Mentor and nurture early career clinicians
