Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee the development of high-quality content and youth involvement strategies.

This pivotal leadership role requires someone who is comfortable navigating change, has experience in building collaborative teams, and possesses excellent prioritisation and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy Development: Lead the Content Team in developing and implementing content strategies that align with organisational goals.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Partner with the Product and Marketing teams to deliver integrated experiences across our platforms.
  • External Partnerships: Work closely with external partners and vendors to manage outsourced content projects.
  • Youth Involvement Leadership: Provide leadership and management to the Volunteer Coordinator and ensure the effective delivery of the Youth Involvement Program.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Significant experience (7+ years) leading digital content or health programs, including managing teams and budgets.
  • Team Culture: Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive, high-performing, and inclusive team culture.
  • Digital Content Expertise: Proven track record of delivering digital-first, multi-channel content strategies aligned to organisational goals.
  • Prioritisation and Project Management: Excellent prioritisation and project management skills, with the ability to drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
