**About the Role**

The Community Support Worker role involves working with clients within the NDIS funding framework to achieve their goals and increase independence and participation in the community.

Key duties include:

- Assisting clients with daily living activities such as toileting, showering, and dressing.
- Accompanying clients on social outings and activities, shopping trips, or medical appointments.
- Providing light domestic duties and meal preparation assistance.
- Administering medication and liaising with families and representatives as required.

**Skills & Experience**

To succeed in this role, you will require:

- An NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Clearance (within the last 12 months).
- Proof of working rights - Passport or visa.
- A valid West Australian driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
- A Working With Children Check issued in Western Australia.
- COVID vaccinations (with booster, if eligible).
- Previous experience as a support worker in the health/disability sector or a relevant Cert III qualification is highly desirable but not essential.
