This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a skilled Administration Assistant. You will play a key part in ensuring business enquiries are handled efficiently via phone or email with excellent customer service skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting with monthly accounts reconciliation including corporate card transactions;
- Raising goods and services purchase orders;
- Carrying out general HR admin tasks as directed by the HR leaders with attention to detail and quality in your work.
We're looking for someone who is motivated, adaptable, and excited by new challenges. You'll thrive in fast-paced environments and love finding better ways to do things. As a team player, you'll take initiative and be willing to roll up your sleeves.
