Gardening and labouring team members play a vital role in maintaining the beauty of outdoor spaces and ensuring each job is completed to the highest standard.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for attending to job runs each day, operating lawn mowers and other equipment, and assisting with basic garden maintenance. Your duties will include:

  • Ensuring lawns are mowed to the required standard within the allocated timeframe.
  • Assisting with weeding and hedge trimming, utilizing any tools required to perform tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborating with experienced team members on various job types.
  • Adhering to safety guidelines and maintaining a clean work environment at all times.
  • Embracing on-the-job training to develop skills and knowledge in gardening.
  • Driving company-supplied vehicles to job sites to perform tasks as required without supervision, while maintaining set standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous gardening or labouring experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Physical fitness and stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions and ability to maintain pace throughout the whole day.
  • Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well with and without supervision.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
