Bartender and Server Job Description

We are looking for a talented Bartender and Server to join our team.

  • Maintain high standards of customer service in a fast-paced environment by consistently providing exceptional service, handling customer complaints efficiently and effectively, and staying up-to-date on menu items and promotions.
  • Take orders accurately and serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring that customers receive their orders in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure an excellent customer experience. This includes maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations, and contributing to a positive team culture.

  • Ensure all equipment is maintained and cleaned regularly.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to meet customer needs and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Contribute to the development of new menus and promotions by suggesting ideas and participating in brainstorming sessions.
