**The Role**
- Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Maintaining bar cleanliness and organisation
- Supervising guests' consumption of alcohol and adhering to liquor licensing laws
- Communicating on a professional level with clients
- Must have good communication skills
- Ability to work in a busy team environment

**About You**
- Excellent English language
- Good knowledge of wines, spirits and basic cocktails
- 2 years' experience in an established bar
- Energetic, confident and bubbly personality
- Good communication skills
- Skill for remembering and recognizing returning and prominent guests
- Organised, efficient and able to work under pressure
- Charming and elegant with the ability to deliver impeccable customer service
- A genuine interest in the restaurant industry
- Great sales technique

**Qualifications and Experience**

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years' experience and established in the bartending industry in a food and beverage setting. Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia, have their own form of transport and be available to work nights and weekends.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $26.73 - $32.89 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hindmarsh, SA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Bartending: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
