Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our Centre as a valuable member of our team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners.

Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing high-quality learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children, fostering a safe and nurturing environment that promotes their physical, emotional, and social development.

You will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our Centre's goals and objectives, ensuring seamless communication and coordination among staff members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge of National Quality Framework and Standards (NQF and NQS)
  • Current paid or Exemption Blue Card
  • First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis certification
